A 32-year-old man had died at the gate of a hospital in Chandigarh last November as security for the Prime Minister`s visit allegedly hindered his access to timely medical treatment.
In July last year, parents of eight-year-old Aman Khan had blamed security arrangements for the Prime Minister as the reason for their son`s demise alleging that the boy died as they could not take him to a hospital due to roadblocks erected during his visit to Kanpur.
