Ranchi: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, which has been advocating for formation of a government to end President's rule in Jharkhand, appeared indecisive, a week after it said today's meeting on the prevailing political situation would be "final".

"From the beginning the JMM has been in favour of a popular government and even now (other) political parties should decide whether there should be a democratic government or not in Jharkhand," JMM Legislature Party leader Hemant Soren said after meeting MLAs and other senior party leaders here.

He evaded a question on whether he saw the possibility of government formation, saying it was upon other parties to clear their stand.

On whether that meant the JMM would accept even BJP if it came forward, Soren said let the parties clear their stands first. "One did not know about future," he said.

On why two senior Congress leaders reportedly met the JMM leadership during the day, Soren said, "Many leaders come and go."
