New Delhi: In order to clear the extra rush of passengers, the Northern Railway has decided to run Special Trains for the months of October, November, December this year till February next year, i.e February 28, 2019. This apart, the Northern Railways stated that it is planning to run more festive special trains in association with other zonal railways.
