Salman Khan has been shooting for Sikandar for some time now. Despite getting death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi the Bollywood superstar has been continuing with his work. What’s more the Tiger of Bollywood yesterday stepped out in the open to shoot some important scenes in the crowded location of a local railway station in Mumbai.
The shooting took place last night at the busy railway station under tight police security. It was difficult to control the crowd as they went into a frenzy to catch a glimpse of their favourite superstar from such close quarters. While all things went smoothly and the shooting was completed without any hassles, the excitement among the onlookers can be felt by the deafening sound you can hear in the video clip that has now gone viral on social media.
Salman Khan took notice of the crowd that had gathered to get a glimpse of him and even waved at them which further excited his fans. All through his stay at the Mumbai Railway Station platform, Salman was protected by the police security circle ensuring that no one comes closer to him.
While the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been against Salman Khan ever since he was accused of killing blackbucks in Rajasthan, the incident took a serious turn when bullets were fired at the Bollywood superstar’s house-Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, Mumbai in April last year.
The threats from the Bishnoi gang continued and became very dangerous when one of the gang members shot Salman’s close friend and former minister Baba Siddique in October 2024. Ever since then more layers have been added to the security of Salman Khan.
Work-wise, the superstar had no release in 2024 and fans are eagerly waiting for Sikandar’s release. Directed by Ghajini fame AR Murugadoss, the movie also features Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar. It is slated to release on March 25 this year.
