The representatives from countries, including Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and others from Asia, Africa and Latin American region would be participating in the event, he said. The conference will also honour Goan freedom fighters who fought for liberation of colonies world-over, Faleiro added.
