Ghaziabad: A special CBI court here on Monday reserved its judgement till tomorrow on the bail plea of Moninder Singh Pandher, the main accused in the sensational Nithari killings, in two cases of murder.

Special CBI judge Shyam Lal, after conclusion of arguments from both sides for Pandher`s bail plea in the murder cases of 21-year-old Payal and Pinki Sarkar, reserved the order till tomorrow.

Pandher`s lawyer Dev Raj Singh pressed for bail on the ground that his client was not named accused in any case by the CBI and that his health was sensitive.

On the other hand, CBI advocate J P Sharma argued before the court that though Pandher was earlier given clean chit by investigators, the CBI judge had made him an accused on the basis of statements of the victims` family members.

Pandher`s bail was rejected by the same judge two days ago in the murder cases of Madhu, Jyoti and Anjali.

The CBI today produced two witnesses -- Sehensar Pal and Amit Kumar of Uttar Pradesh Police -- who had collected the bones and chopped organs of children from Pandher`s house in Nithari in 2006 when the case came to light.

Amit Kumar told the court that he had recovered a chopped hand from the house while Pal confirmed that he had collected bones from there.

Proceedings in the murder case of 14-year-old Payal will be carried out tomorrow.
