Patna: A section of audience created disturbance during the deliberations on the second day of Global Bihar Summit 2012 on changing Bihar, during a special session on Challenges before Bihar and Achievements.

The disturbance started when a social activists Arvind Kumar and a local teacher Nawal Kishore Choudhary stood to spoke on the occasion. At that time, House of Lords member Meghnad Desai, chief secretary Navin Kumar and industrialist Kumaramanglam Birla, economist Abhijit Sen and former Union Minister Yogendra Kumar Alagh were present.

Alagh resented and said it was "undemocratic" on the part of Choudhary and Arvind Kumar to interrupt and tried to pacify them. State Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi was also present.

Arvind Kumar did not not relent and even went to the podium to raise his fingers against Nitish Kumar government. Peace later returned following intervention by the organisers of the summit.
