Mamita Murder Case: Plea Filed In Orissa HC Seeking Investigation Against Minister Dibya Shankar

Last month, the outfit had also filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Rs 50 lakh compensation for the next of the kin of the deceased lady teacher. However, the organization said that the PIL is yet to be listed for hearing though three memos have been made so far. During the period, several startling facts relating to the murder case have also come out, said president, Bharatiya Bikash Parishad, Surendra Panigrahi.
