A notification regarding vacancies for the post of assistant statistical officer and assistant research officer has been published by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission(UPSSSC). As many as 896 vacancies will be filled after completion of the written examination. Later, a merit list will be published based on normalization of the score and depending on the number of candidates, a Mains examination will be held.

Education: Aspirants should have knowledge of Hindi, a graduate degree from a recognised university and a diploma in computer from DElCC society.

What is the fee?
A fee of Rs 185 will be charged from each candidate. For reserved category candidates, the fee is Rs 95 and for PwD candidates the fee is Rs 25.
What is the salary?
Selected aspirants will be recruited at a salary range of Rs 9300 to Rs 34,800 with additional grade pay of Rs 4200.
