SSC Recruitment 2020: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is one of the largest recruiting agencies of the Indian Government and is bestowed with the task of recruitment to all Group 'B'(Non-Gazetted) and Group 'C' (Non-Technical) posts in various Ministries/ Departments and their attached and subordinate offices.

Since 2016, SSC has also been assigned the additional responsibility of making recruitment to Group 'B' (Gazetted) posts of Assistant Accounts Officer and Assistant Audit Officer for the Indian Audit and Accounts Department.

Therefore, major proportion of job aspirants every year look upon the commission for recruitment. As per reports, the commission will declare its first recruitment in 2020 in the month of April. Until that, SCC will hold examinations for the vacancies announced last year i.e. 2019.

The commission will reportedly declare its first recruitment for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination-2020 and Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination-2020 this year. Both the recruitment will reportedly be announced on April 17, 2020.

Similarly, the announcement for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam and Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination, which are considered as the two biggest examinations conducted by the Staff Selection Commission, are expected to be done in September and November respectively.

Meanwhile, CGL tier 1 exam, CHSL tier 1 exam, Junior Engineer tier 1 exam and Hindi translator tier 2 exam, recruitment announcement of which were done last year, are yet to be conducted.

While CGL 2019 and CHSL 2019 examinations will continue till June, 2020, the tests for CGL 2020 and CHSL 2020 are likely to be held in 2021 as the filling of applications for both the examinations will be held in October and December, respectively.

Besides, the announcement for Multi-tasking Staff (MTC) examination conducted by the SSC will be declared on June 2, 2020.
