SSC Recruitment 2019 MTS Exam vacancy
In a major development, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) through a notification has released the salient features of the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2018 conducted from June 4, 2019 to June 13, 2019. Most importantly, candidates who had appeared in the examination should note that the Commission has released a tentative date for declaration of results.
On June 18, 2019 , the SSC Controller of Examination released a notification mentioning the salient features of the examination.
Total number of registered candidates: 25.97 lakh
Number of Candidates appeared in the Examination: 8.37 lakh
Overall Percentage of attendance: 32.23%
Number of shifts: 215
Number of examination venues: 3626
Number of cities in which examination conducted: 1317
Number of States/UTs in which examination was conducted: 338
Tentative date for declaration of result: September 20, 2019
At limited venues, problem of slow server was reported in some shifts on June 6, 2019 in the aforesaid examination. After due diligence, the Commission has decided to conduct re-examination of the affected venues/shifts on June 19, 2019. Further details are available on the websites of the Central Region and Northern Region of the Commission, stated the notification.
