Bomb attack in Nuatota triggers panic in Puri, cops probe incident

A bomb attack was reported near Mochi Sahi, under the jurisdiction of Puri Town police station, on Friday afternoon. The incident took place at around 12:40 pm at a newly constructed house in the Nuatota area.

According to initial reports, three unidentified miscreants arrived on a motorcycle, hurled a bomb at the premises, and fled the scene immediately. The attack is believed to be the result of previous enmity.

Sources have revealed that a Congress office was operating at the location where the incident occurred. Police from Puri Town station have reached the site and begun an investigation into the matter.
