Nokia 3.1 Plus with big screen makes for a good buy at Rs 11,449

New Delhi: Nokia smartphones are slowly making headway for the big with the recently launched 3.1 Plus. The smartphone has a big 6 inch screen competing with the likes of Mi Max 2, Honor Play, Realme 2 Pro and Xiomi Redmi Note 6 Pro in the price range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000. It has been priced competitively at Rs 11,449.

With an impressive 6 inch HD+ screen display and 18:9 cinematic ratio, Nokia 3.1 Plus provides stunning contrast and clarity with vivid colors and more detail. The smartphone claims 2-day of usage with its 3500 mah2 battery which is good for this price tag.

The MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor gives you the Artificial Intelligence (AI) edge. It uses four efficient cores for basic tasks but can switch on all eight cores when it needs more power. This means less time worrying about your next charge and more time focusing on what matters most.

The processor can be termed as bit of concern with Helio processors having reputation of lagging.
Nokia 3.1 Plus takes good quality selfies with the wide-angle 8 MP front camera. The 13 MP phase detection auto focus rear camera is paired with a 5 MP sensor which uses depth-sensing imaging to deliver fast and accurate focus even in low light, which is fantastic.

The seamless and pure design of Nokia 3.1 Plus is stunning with its precision-fit aluminium cover. This is combined with an internal die-cast metal structure for added durability. The highly tactile matt finish together with diamond-cut detailing and curved 2.5D glass create a precision-crafted feel in the hand.

The smartphone has finger print sensor too. This feature will give a strong fight to Redmi phones which also have finger print sensors in this price range. But the accuracy of the finger sensor in Nokia 3.1 Plus is yet to be ascertained with users complaining about Nokia finger sensors in general.

The Android One in Nokia 3.1 Plus brings a streamlined, easy to use interface and a curated set of pre-installed apps which are free. The users can store free, unlimited high-quality photos storage with Google Photos which is pretty cool for users in this range.

The Nokia 3.1 Plus also gets two years of Android letter updated and three years of monthly security updates. This comes as good news for the smartphone users as they will get all the security updates required and necessary OS updates within this price tag.

The smartphone comes with internal memory of 32 GB and microSD card slot with support upto 400 GB which makes it great for large storage.
