On Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik and Sirat are finally engaged but their problems haven’t come to an end. The duo goes to the hospital and is disturbed to see Ranveer there. Ranveer’s sister reaches there too and tells Kartik that he took a bullet for Sirat that is still in his chest. Kartik is shocked to know the truth and realizes that Sirat has misunderstood him.
