Mumbai: Actor-turned-producer John Abraham, who is looking forward to his maiden home production `Vicky Donor`, says it is not a social film.
"It is not a social film. It is a commercial film. It is a fun film and we have touched upon the topic of sperm donation in a most respectful manner," John told reporters here, after unveiling the first look of `Vicky Donor`.
"It is a fun film but at the same time it gives credit to the issue that deserves in the film," he said. Produced by John, `Vicky Donor` highlights the issue of sperm donation.
The film marks the debut of TV anchor Ayushman Khurrana and South Indian actress Yami Gautam.
"The concept of sperm donation in a film is first of its kind. It is very unique and it has to be treated with lot of care," John said.
The film is directed by Soojit Sircar.
