Ever since The Kapil Sharma show has gone off air, the audience has definitely been feeling a void. Over the years, telly’s favorite comedy show had gone through a number of changes and seen its part of controversies. One of the most talked-about controversies was the feud of Krushna Abhishek with Kapil Sharma on which recently, Krushna opened up after long.
After Kapil’s fallout with Sunil Grover, the show robbed in Krushna even if the two comedians have always been in a cut-throat competition with each other. Their feud dated back to their Comedy Circus days when they used to compete for the trophy. In a recent interview with ETimes, Krushna recalled the old days and reflected on how their bond strengthened over time.
He said, “Kapil and my bond has grown stronger. We were once touted as rivals by the media. But whenever you ask Kapil about me he will only say good things. He will say Krushna is a wonderful person. And we have known each other for so long. It’s just that there was a gap in between and we were not working with each other and then the stories about rivalry started coming out.”
Talking about being in part of the show and working with the crew he said, "The Kapil Sharma Show has been the turning point of my career. It is a successful and a big show which is watched by people around the world. Having said that the team was not new. We all have worked together in the past. Be it Kapil, Bharti, or me. Even the creatives have worked with us in Comedy Circus and this time we all came together once again. We were initially nervous about whether people would like it or not, but the audience loved it. "
Meanwhile, the Kapil Sharma Show, which went off the air, is all set to come back with a new season. As the host of the show, Kapil says that he plans to add new people to the creative team. More actors and writers are expected to feature in the upcoming season.
