The Kapil Sharma Show is one of the most entertaining shows on the Television. Even though the show is currently off-air, it continues to entertain audience during its repeat telecast.
Kapil Sharma is undoubtedly one of the greatest comedians we have. However, it is the team that makes the show a successful. And Kapil has always been able to bring the best cast for his show- be it Comedy Nights With Kapil or The Kapil Sharma Show.
Comedy Nights With Kapil had some of the best comedy stars like Asgar Ali, Sunil Grover, Upasana Singh, Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti, Sugandha Mishra, and Chandan Prabhakar who had entertained the viewers with their acts.
However, after the split of Kapil with Sunil Grover aka Gutthi, the ace comedian came up with The Kapil Sharma Show sans Sunil, Ali Asgar, Sugandha Mishra and Upasana Singh.
While Sumona, Kiku and Chandan continue to be a part of the show, Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh joined the show.
Even though stars like Sunil Grover, Asgar Ali, Upasana Singh and Sugandha Mishra are no more part of the show, yet the characters they portrayed in the show have become immortal and are still popular among the fans.
Fans still love to watch their characters and, as per reports, even the repeat telecasts of the episodes featuring them have a higher TRP than some of the currently running TV shows.
Audience still love the jodi of Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover and wait for their reunion on the show. The craze for Sunil Grover's characters Mashoor Gulati and Guthi is such that they have become synonyms to Sunil.
So, even when there is slightest rumours about Sunil returning to The Kapil Sharma Show, it becomes a trending topic on the social media.
Same goes for Ali Asghar's Dadi and Nani character who made audience laugh with her aerobic dance, love for drinking alcohol, burglary and her craze for money which no other character has yet been able to do.
Upasana Singh, who played the Pinki Bua role, is also another character that people have always loved. Kapil’s peppy 22-year-old sexy and single Bua was one of the most favourite family members of Bittu Sharma.
Another interesting character that people loved was Sugandha Mishra's . She got famous for her large bun on her head. She did numerous episodes of the show portraying a strict teacher with all her morality and manners.
All these characters may not make a comeback on the show, but still they are missed and loved by The Kapil Sharma Show fans and have created a separate fan base for themselves.
