The Kapil Sharma Show that aired on Sunday last weekend welcomed IPL cricketers Axar Patel, Nitish Rana, Rahul Mewatiya, and Ravi Bishnoi. It was all fun and masti as Kapil along with his colleagues Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek entertained the guests as well as the audience.
Kapil asked each of them about their favorite cricketer and inspiration. Both Axar and Rahul said that they were highly inspired by Yuvraj Singh. For Nitish Rana, it is the former KKR captain, Gautam Gambhir who has been an inspiration whereas spinner Ravi Bishnoi always idolized yet another cricketing great Anil Kumble.

Kapil Shares Reaction of His Mother on Meeting Dhoni on The Kapil Sharma Show
During this discussion, Kapil shared a sweet memory when for the first time his mother met cricketing legends MS Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar. Getting nostalgic, the famous standup comedian said that they were at an event in a banquet hall and everywhere there was dark as some program was going on. He was there with his mother and a boy named Mahendra.
When Kapil met Dhoni, he told the former Indian captain that his mother was also with him. Dhoni went to Kapil's mom and touched her feet. Innocently she asked Dhoni what was his name. When the cricketer replied, "Mahendra Singh Dhoni" she said, " Arree hamare paas bhi ek mahendar hai."
At the same event when Sachin Tendulkar went to meet Kapil's mom and touched her feet she did not even recognize him.
The cricketers enjoyed their time on The Kapil Sharma Show and also revealed some interesting facts about themselves. When asked who was their favorite Bollywood actress, Rahul Tewatia said, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tara Sutaria, and Sara Ali Khan. Axar Patel's favorite is Deepika Padukone whereas Ravi Bishnoi likes Sara Ali Khan and Alia Bhatt.

Incidentally, Nitish Rana has married a cousin sister of Krushna Abhishek aka Sapna which gave the comedian a chance to take a jibe at his jija on The Kapil Sharma Show.
