The highlight of the ceremony was undoubtedly their magnificent temple jewellery, crafted with intricate detailing and steeped in cultural symbolism. Every ornament reflected timeless craftsmanship, making their wedding look less like fashion and more like living history.
Rashmika Mandanna: A Bride Inspired by Divine Heritage
Rashmika’s bridal jewellery celebrated South Indian traditions while embracing contemporary elegance. Designed by Hyderabad-based SHREE Jewellers, her ensemble drew inspiration from temple architecture and sacred sculptures. She wore an elaborate set of eleven handcrafted pieces, including layered harams paired with a choker, statement jhumkas, jada billa, mathapatti, nose pin, hathphool, bangles, bajuband, waist belt and anklets.
Crafted using high-relief Nakshi work and delicate Rava granulation, each ornament carried an antique matte finish that radiated heritage charm. The vision, according to the designers, was to present Rashmika as a “living Goddess,” with jewellery intended not merely for adornment but as heirloom pieces meant to endure across generations.
Vijay Deverakonda Redefines Groom Styling
Breaking away from minimal groom fashion, Vijay embraced unapologetic maximalism. His jewellery told the story of a mythic king—bold, powerful and deeply rooted in tradition. He sported coin-sized ear studs, layered temple necklaces, an ornate wrist cuff, armlet, statement rings and even rare ankle kadas.
Elephant motifs symbolising wisdom and tiger-inspired elements representing agility were intricately engraved using deep Nakshi techniques, lending his look cinematic grandeur.
Ten Months of Craftsmanship Behind the Shine
The couple’s jewellery journey spanned nearly ten months—from conceptual sketches and cultural research to custom trials and final execution. Inspired by South Indian architectural grandeur, artisans meticulously fused tradition with modern storytelling.
The result? A wedding aesthetic that didn’t just trend online—it redefined bridal and groom jewellery, proving that when craftsmanship meets emotion, gold becomes legacy.
