Bollywood’s beloved superstar Shah Rukh Khan is turning 60, and India’s biggest cinema chain, PVR Inox Limited, is rolling out the red carpet to celebrate him in true filmy style. To mark the milestone, a two-week-long SRK Film Festival will be held across 75 cinemas in 30 cities, starting October 31, giving fans a golden chance to relive his unforgettable performances on the big screen.
The festival, which runs till November 13, will showcase seven iconic films that define Shah Rukh Khan’s remarkable three-decade journey in Indian cinema.
From the high-energy blockbuster Chennai Express and the soulful Devdas to the gripping political drama Dil Se and the record-breaking Jawan, the line-up promises pure cinematic nostalgia. Fans can also enjoy cult classics like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na, Main Hoon Na, and Om Shanti Om, each representing a different era of SRK’s stardom.
SRK’s Heartfelt Message to Fans
Sharing his excitement, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Cinema has always been my home, and seeing these films return to the big screen feels like a beautiful reunion. These movies are not just my stories they belong to the audience that has embraced them for 33 years.”
He also extended gratitude to PVR Inox for curating the tribute and to his production house Red Chillies Entertainment, “for always believing in stories that connect us all.”
