Hyderabad: Samantha Akkineni is in the peak of her career giving back-to-back hits. The south actress' recently released movie with husband and actor Naga Chaitanya has also been a box office hit. Now, rumours are there that the 'Rangasthalam' actress will be seen along with her father-in-law and actor Nagarjuna in a movie.
Amid all these speculations, the 'Majili' actress has reportedly confirmed about it. Samantha confirmed that she will be playing a special character in a film with her father-in-law Nagarjuna Akkineni... Means, just a cameo.
Nagarjuna is currently shooting for the sequel to his 2002 blockbuster movie 'Manmadhudu'. Rahul Ravindran is directing the sequel of the romantic-comedy film, 'Manmadhudu 2'. As per sources, the sequel will continue from where the first part had ended. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the lead lady role in the movie.

'Manmadhudu 2' is the second film after the 2014 fantasy-drama film 'Manam' directed by Vikram Kumar in which Samantha and Nagarjuna were seen along with Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Naga Chaitanya, Shriya Saran, Akhil Akkineni and Amitabh Bachchan.
