"Ragini MMS will be the scariest movie in India so far. It has the ultimate catch-phrase, `They didn`t know it then, but it was a threesome`," Ekta told reporters here last evening.
Produced by Ekta, Ragini MMS -- a horror-thriller film that revolves around a slyly shot video of a couple -- stars Raj Kumar Yadav of Love Sex Dhoka fame and Kainaz Motivala who was seen as Taniya in Wake Up Sid.
"I don`t make films to please people. Ragini MMS is not a porn film as it is being made out to be. I believe there is enough audience for horror films," Ekta said.
Directed by Pawan Kripalani, the movie is about a young couple who enter a house to spend a weekend. They are, however, unaware that the house is loaded with hidden cameras. The twist comes when their recorded love-making reveals a supernatural element.
When asked if the film has any resemblance to Hollywood`s supernatural horror film Paranormal Activity, Ekta said, "The film is not like Paranormal Activity...I can say we were inspired by the medium of Paranormal Activity.
