What The Raja Saab Is All About

The Raja Saab is written and directed by Maruthi, known for mixing commercial fun with quirky storytelling. Produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment, the film was formally announced in January 2024, though shooting began back in 2022. After multiple delays—from an initial April release to a later December date—the film is now confirmed to hit theatres on 9 January, aligning with the Sankranthi festival and facing strong competition from several Telugu and Tamil releases.

The plot hints at a man attempting to sell his ancestral property, only to encounter an unexpected supernatural twist. Promotional teasers have balanced humour, mystery and mass elements, promising an entertaining blend of horror and comedy.
