In a fresh twist, dancer-choreographer Nandika Dwivedi has been grabbing the spotlight in the controversial postponed wedding of music composer Palash Muchhal and Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana, originally slated for November 23.

According to one widely circulated Reddit post, Palash was allegedly ‘caught’ the night before in a compromising situation with Nandika, who was assigned by the Bosco choreography team to handle the wedding choreography.

The post further alleged that cricketer Shreyanka Patil witnessed the incident and informed Smriti, who then reportedly confronted Palash.

Who is Nandika Dwivedi?

Away from the allegations, Nandika is a young dancer-choreographer building her professional career. Available information indicates she has worked with well-known choreographers Piyush Bhagat and Shazia Samji, appeared as a lead dancer in the music video Tere Piche, and has reportedly been associated with the Bosco choreography team.

The conversation gained momentum after model Mary D’Costa publicly posted screenshots of messages she claimed were from Palash, suggesting flirtatious exchanges and requests to meet. Around the same time, another young girl accused him of initiating explicit conversations.
