The much-awaited horror-comedy flick Bhediya , starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in the lead has made it big after its trailer streamed on the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE.
As seen in the video, the lead star cast is welcomed by a huge crowd and the duo seemed to be quite excited while being welcomed by the fans. Varun and Kriti also performed the hook steps of a song from their movie in front of a live audience.
Earlier in the day, Varun also shared a video on Instagram giving a glance of the iconic event. As seen in the video, Varun seemed to be quite excited and was seen clicking selfies. In excitement, Varun dropped his phone while capturing selfie video.
He captioned the post: "Bhediya trailer at the bhurj khalifa, I got so excited I dropped my phone bhediya out on the 25 th Nov"
Helmed by Amar Kaushik, Bhediya is the third installment of Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe. Vijan’s horror-comedy universe also includes 2018’s Stree and 2021’s Roohi.
The movie is scheduled to hit the theatres on November 25, 2022. It will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu simultaneously.
Notably, Bhediya is heading to the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) for its 53rd edition.
The festival will kick off in Goa on Nov 20 and continue till Nov 28. This event will showcase a host of films from different parts of India. On Saturday, IFFI took to its Twitter handle to share information about the Varun Dhawan-starrer.
IFFI also shared a video in which Varun can be seen along with his pet Beagle. The video ends with Varun howling and growling, staying true to his character in the film.
