MS Dhoni’s wife shares rare pic with Hrithik Roshan during ‘Krrish’ shoot, Internet goes wild

Former India Captain and cricket legend Mahendra Singh lovingly called MS Dhoni’s wife, Sakshi Dhoni, surprised fans on social media after she shared a rare throwback picture featuring Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan.

Sakshi uploaded a collection of photos from the years 2000 to 2006, offering followers a glimpse into her younger days and memorable moments with her close friends. Among the images, one snapshot stood out — a young Sakshi posing with Hrithik Roshan, instantly catching the internet’s attention.

Judging by Hrithik’s appearance in the picture, fans believe the photo was taken around the time he was filming Krrish, which released in 2006. The actor’s look closely resembles his style from the movie, leading many to speculate that Sakshi may have met him during the film’s shooting schedule.

As soon as the pictures were posted, they went viral. Social media users flooded the comments with excitement — some admiring Sakshi’s youthful charm, while others were intrigued by Hrithik’s presence in the old photo.

The mention of Krrish also reminded fans of the big announcement made in September 2025, when filmmaker Rakesh Roshan confirmed that Krrish 4 is set to hit theatres in 2027. For the first time in the franchise, Hrithik is expected to take over the director’s chair, as Rakesh Roshan steps back from helming the project.

On the work front, Hrithik was most recently seen in War 2, co-starring Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. Although the film opened strongly thanks to its star cast and franchise popularity, its box office performance slowed after the first week. So far, the movie has collected around Rs 365 crore worldwide.
