Is CMO reason for audacity? MP Aparajita Sarangi on legal notice served by Kiruthika Prabhakaran  

Kiruthika Prabhakaran has served a legal notice on Bharatiya Janata Party’s Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi, asking her to tender an apology in public within 48 hours. 

Sarangi shared the legal notice on her X handle and termed the move as audacious. 

“A legal notice is served upon me by Kruthika Prabhakaran-asking me to beg for public apology. WHAT AUDACITY? Reason of this AUDACITY-@CMO_Odisha? She, who takes away water from Poor Farmers’, due to her insatiable Greed for Land, is asking me for apology. Interesting! (sic)” read her post. 

Notably, MP Sarangi had written a letter to the Chief Minister urging him to take steps to make the canal of the Deras MIP encroachment-free so that the 300 acres of farmers’ lands would get water. 

Consequently, the government swung into action and the Superintending Engineer of Minor Irrigation Division, Khordha wrote a letter to the Bhubaneswar tehsildar, asking him to demarcate the land of the left main canal of the Deras MIP and remove the unauthorized blocking.

MP Sarangi in her letter also urged the CM to take steps for the demarcation of the 150 acres of the encroached land within seven days.
