In her upcoming movie “Panipat” Kriti will be playing the role of the wife of Sadashiv Rao Bhau, Paravati Bai. Sadashiv Rao Bhau is a Maratha warrior and Paravati Bai has been depicted as a very strong person in the movie. While appreciating her director, Kriti said, "Ashu sir, I feel, is someone who cannot see his women weak. He has this thing. I think it comes from the fact that he has a very strong woman with him, Sunita.”
