Yash-starrer KGF broke several records in 2018. The KGF-Chapter 1 was much appreciated by all and the anticipation for KGF-Chapter 2 which also stars Sanjay Dutt as the Antagonist- Adheera and Raveena Tandon as Ramika Sen among other prominent characters, is skyrocketing with every passing day. Recently, director Prashanth Neel had cleared air on the release date of KGF-Chapter 2 teaser. Following the big announcement, the KGF helmer has made big revelation on Chapter 3 of the franchise.
Prashanth Neel announced the release date of KGF-Chapter 2 teaser on January 8, 2021 which is Rocking Star Yash's birthday. Fans will be able to get the first glance of KGF 2 on the said date at 10.18 am on You Tube channel of Hombale films. Currently, the entire team is busy in promotional activities. While interacting with the media, director Prashanth once again came across a much repeated question which was about KGF Chapter 3.
During the interaction, Prashanth broke silence over the news making rounds on different web platforms as well as media channels. The director confirmed that there was no chance of extending the KGF franchise just for the sake of it. Prashanth busted all the rumors regarding KGF-Chapter 3.
"I will not be compromising on the story if the franchise had to move forward and I, along with other producers, are in no mood to make any such compromises," said Prashanth Neel.
Further he added, "KGF-Chapter 2 will mark the end of a short but highly impactful franchise."
Yash has become a household name after portraying his dashing and dynamic character as 'Rocky Bhai' in KGF Chapter 1. As the story is sorted, Rocky Bhai will faceoff with a powerful antagonist Adheera in the second chapter. As fans expect, Chapter 2 will be much more entertaining and impactful than the previous one after the confirmed inclusion of Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.
Earlier on December 20, Prashanth drove fans crazy by announcing that that he had finished shooting of the climax sequence of “KGF-Chapter 2”. He also posted few pictures of the cast and crew post the wrap session. Earlier he also had given hints of a big announcement on December 21.
