Ira Khan is currently busy directing her first-ever play titled “Medea” in which Hazel Keech, the wife of Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh will be playing the lead role. The play also features her brother and the elder son of Aamir Khan Junaid Khan, Sabreen Baker, Varun Patel, and Divyesh Vijayakar. The play is being produced by yesteryear actress Sarika.
Being the daughter of the leading superstar of the Indian film industry, Ira could have very well worked in a movie with her father Aamir Khan. Just like Sara Ali Khan or Ananya Panday who have used their connection to the film industry for creating a career in acting, Ira could also have entered acting. But the young girl who keeps on making a splash through her social media posts and pictures with her boyfriend Mishaal Kriplani does not believe that she is a good actress.
What’s Ira Doing Being So Intense?
Surprisingly, in a recent video, Ira is seen enacting a very intense scene. She has also captioned the video that being shy she is not very good at acting. In her post, writes, “I’m not very good at acting. I’m shy. And it’s something I never bothered to work on because I didn’t want to act. Turns out. You need to act from time to time if you want to direct. Or be able to, willing to or, at the very least, understand how it works. It makes me have to get over myself, (which is great). Sometimes I manage, sometimes I don’t. I’m working on it. The key is participating.”

So the girl is trying to get a hang of acting so that she can direct her actors better. Who knows while doing so she may someday find acting more interesting than directing? And if it does happen in the coming years, fans may get to see Ira and Aamir sharing the screen space.
