There were reports that the 30-year-old former Miss Asia Pacific would settle down this year. "No, not this year...so many weddings are happening this year. So it will be a packed year," Dia said.

The actress, along with Sahil and good friend and actor Zayed Khan, has started her own production house, Born Free Entertainment. Their first film `Love Breakups Zindagi` made under the banner was released last year.

Dia, along with her beau, attended the sangeet ceremony of actors Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D`Souza, who would tie the knot on February 3. "I wish them all happiness. They are a cute couple. The way Riteish and Genelia have handled their relationship...the way they have gone about, is beautiful. It`s a wonderful example to newcomers coming into the industry," said Dia, who made her Bollywood debut in `Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein` opposite R Madhavan in 2001.
