Recently, one of her generous acts came into the limelight which left the netizens moved.
In one of the episodes of Sam Jam, a talk show hosted by Samantha, a female auto driver named Kavitha had met Sam. During the episode, Kavitha had revealed that she was a victim of domestic violence, and driving the auto was her means of income to feed her seven sisters. After listening to her heart-wrenching situation, the actor had promised to help Kavitha in her best way she can. Now as per the latest reports, Samantha extended her help to the female auto driver named by gifting her a car worth Rs 12.5 lakh to help her start her own cab service.
This is not the first time. Samantha Akkineni’s generous nature has made fans proud of her. The Super Deluxe star has actively been involved in philanthropic activities and donates a chunk of her earnings to her charitable trust, Pratyusha Support, which she started in 2012. After being bedridden for 15 days in 2012, she started Pratyusha Support that provides medical support for women and children in need.
Earlier, when Samantha Akkineni’s Instagram family hit 10 million, she honored her new “big ten million family” by donating to 10 different NGOs.
Coming to her on-screen endeavors, Samantha Akkineni has a number of projects lined up for her. While her OTT debut has been postponed due to the delay in the release date of Family Man 2, the actor is moving forward with her other films. Earlier this year, Sam also announced her collab with director Gunasekhar for the mythological drama titled Shakuntalam with a motion poster.
