Mumbai: Actor Pradeep Rawat, who played the villain in "Ghajini", will be seen in a new avatar of a college principal in upcoming movie "Grand Masti".
 
Known for his villainous roles both in the southern film Industry and Bollywood, Pradeep is best remembered for his iconic evil role in Aamir Khan"s "Ghajini".
 
Pradeep is back on screen as the lead antagonist in comedy film "Grand Masti", where he plays the principal of a college. He sports a classy European look with his checked jackets and berets and plays a stern character in the movie.
 
"Rawat portrays the main negative character in the film. The kind of fear factor needed for this role was wonderfully brought out by him, as he is easily the next Amrish Puri of our era," a source close to the project said.
 
The film, directed by Indra Kumar, will see the lead actors - Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani - playing their part from the 2004 hit film "Masti".
 
Produced by Ashok Thakeria and Indra Kumar, "Grand Masti" is set to release on September 13.
