Drishyam Films launches post-production studio

Mumbai: Production house Drishyam Films has launched a post-production studio, Drishyam VFX, with their first project being “Fitoor”, starring Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur.

The post-production studio has provided visual effects services for the UTV Motion Pictures film, which will release on February 12.

“I am very excited to work with Drishyam VFX for 'Fitoor'. The visual effects provided by the Drishyam team match the best in international post-production studios, which the audience will see for themselves once the film releases,” “Fitoor” director Abhishek Kapoor said in a statement.

The post-production house plans on offering every service related to visual effects, animation and also plan to work on designing motion graphics, title sequences and concept arts in future.

Its forte being special particle effects (dynamics) like fire, water, smoke, fog, snow, explosions, blood, dust and debris simulations, Drishyam VFX also offers prep work (chroma keying) to VFX compositing, cosmetic fixes, 2D to 3D conversion, 3D real estate walk throughs and 3D CGI services.
