Mumbai: Gearing up for his ambitious dance-centric movie `Any Body Can Dance` (ABCD), noted choreographer-turned-director Remo D`Souza has said it was a challenge to make Prabhu Deva do something new in the movie.

"To make him (Prabhu Deva) do something new was a challenge. Prabhu ji is a big director and Ganesh (Acharya) ji has also directed a film. I thought it would be tough to direct them but it was not because they know what a director wants. They are legends in their fields," Remo said at the wrap party of ABCD last night.

UTV Motion Pictures` `ABCD-Any Body Can Dance` is India`s first high-octane dance film in 3D.

Remo made his directorial debut in Bollywood last year with comedy flick `F.A.L.T.U`, starring Jackky Bhagnani, Puja Gupta, Ritesh Deshmukh and Arshad Warsi.

"I always wanted to make a dance film first. It didn`t happen, but now it has happened, thanks to UTV. I am very happy about it," Remo said.

Remo has roped in some of the finest dancers for the movie. Film industry`s best choreographers of the last few decades - Prabhu Deva and Ganesh Acharya, play key characters in the film.

`ABCD` also stars reality dancing show `Dance India Dance` winners like Salman Khan, Dharmesh, Prince, Mayuresh and Vrushali all essaying central characters.

The film is slated to release on September 15.
