Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman started presenting the Union Budget 2021 in Parliament from 11 am on Monday. Like every year, the Union Budget has triggered a riot of middle class memes on the internet.

Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the Budget went paperless and the finance minister was seen carrying a tablet in red sleeve instead.

While Indian across are stuck to their television screen to watch the parliament session as to see who it affects them, their hilarious reactions are flooding Twitter.
