Border 3 locked in: Bhushan Kumar CONFIRMS Sunny Deol’s war saga will march ahead

Riding high on Border 2's overwhelming response, producer Bhushan Kumar has now set the stage for the next chapter. The success of the sequel has reignited excitement among fans eager to witness the patriotic saga continue.

Bhushan Kumar Makes It Official

During a recent chat with Hindustan Times, Kumar confirmed that the third instalment is already in motion. He shared that filmmaker Anurag Singh, who helmed Border 2, will once again take charge of directing duties. Kumar also mentioned collaborating with Singh on another project before shifting focus back to the beloved franchise.

“We are doing a joint venture (a different film) with his company and my company. He’ll be directing, and it will be something new. Border 3 will happen in due course," said Kumar.

A Legacy Too Big To Pause

The producer reiterated that the decision was inevitable given the franchise’s stature. “Obviously, it is such a big franchise," said Bhushan, “Anurag has worked so hard to rebuild it. If you bring something back after almost 30 years and it is getting so much love, we will definitely take it forward."
