Bigg Boss 19: Neelam Giri terms Abhishek Bajaj's eviction unfair; watch

In a surprising double eviction episode, both Abhishek Bajaj and Neelam Giri were sent out of Bigg Boss 19 on Week 11 of the show.

The decision sparked significant audience backlash, with many fans calling the eviction unfair and alleging that the show’s makers had predetermined the outcome. 

Online reactions included comments like: “This is so unfair … they broke him, they betrayed him on a high level …” Some viewers labelled Abhishek Bajaj as “the real winner” despite his early exit.

The Chain of Events

The eviction occurred after house captain Pranit More used his power to save Ashnoor Kaur, leaving Abhishek and Neelam in the danger zone.

Captain Pranit More was given the power to save one contestant from the bottom-three (Abhishek, Neelam, Ashnoor Kaur) and chose Ashnoor, leading to the exit of Abhishek and Neelam.

Neelam’s Reaction on Abhishek 

Meanwhile, evicted contestant Neelam Giri has termed the eviction of Abhishek as unfair. She said that contribution of Abhishek was far more than Ashnoor and he was a deserving candidate to be in Bigg Boss.

However, she said that Pranit must have felt pressure while making the decision as the host Salman Khan had lashed out at Abhishek a few days earlier and it might have forced Pranit to go for Ashnoor.

On the other hand, Neelam recently hinted at behind-the-scenes dynamics regarding the house rules (especially the “one-hour captaincy” twist) which might have affected gameplay and evictions. 

Her subtle remarks about unseen rules, her close bond with Tanya, and the broader uproar over the decision all contribute to the belief that the eviction wasn’t purely based on vote count or performance alone.
