Andhadhun actor Ayushmann Khurrana shared a short clip of himself nailing highstand like a professional giving a glimpse of the way he keeps himself fit. Importantly, the way he does the handstand within a flip of a second indicates that he does it quite regularly as a part of his gym routine.
Ayushmann is currently shooting for Abhishek Kapoor's movie Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. All through the lockdown, he worked hard to gain the bulked-up look which he is sporting in this movie. His recent picture in a bandana, black sweatshirt, and bottoms from the gym captioned, "Training never ends" is proof of how hard the actor has been working in the gym.

In October this year, the actor intimated his fans that he will be donning a new look for Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui which also stars Vaani Kapoor. In his post, the Bala actor wrote, "It’s going to be a different me in this different film. Movie prep going strong."
In April this year, the actor shared a very potent protein shake recipe that he was drinking to bulk up muscles. He penned, "Sattu powder mixed with buttermilk is a natural and a potent protein shake. Thanks, @luke_coutinho and @deepika_rathod9 for giving me this valuable recipe for lockdown."
