Actor Ashnoor Kaur has spoken candidly about her experience on Bigg Boss 19, claiming that many of her important moments inside the house were edited out of the final episodes. The Salman Khan-hosted reality show concluded last month, with Gaurav Khanna emerging as the winner.
In a recent conversation with Faridoon Shahryar, Ashnoor shared that she only realised the extent of editing after she stepped out of the house and spoke to her family.

“Many of My Fights and Stands Were Not Shown”
Ashnoor revealed that she actively took stands and engaged in fights over issues she believed were important, but those moments never reached the audience. She said that when she asked her mother whether certain arguments and confrontations were aired, she was surprised to learn that none of them were shown.
According to Ashnoor, the show focused on projecting her around just one particular track, while her equations with multiple housemates — including Zeishan, Baseer, and Amaal — were largely ignored. She added that not only were these interactions missing from the episodes, but even the live feed failed to capture many of her contributions.
Editing Shaped Public Perception
When asked if she found this unfair, Ashnoor acknowledged the limitations of the format. She said she understands that it is impossible to showcase everything happening inside the house within a one-hour episode or even a 24-hour live stream.
However, she felt that the narrative built around her — that she wasn’t contributing enough — stemmed directly from what the audience was shown. Ashnoor stressed that she played the game in her own way, but since those moments were not highlighted, the perception against her kept growing. She pointed out that editing plays a crucial role in shaping how contestants are viewed.

Eviction Before the Finale
Ashnoor Kaur’s journey on Bigg Boss 19 ended on Day 98, just days before the grand finale. She was evicted after an incident during the Ticket To Finale task, where she hit co-contestant Tanya Mittal — an act that led to her immediate exit from the house.
Despite the controversial ending, Ashnoor’s reflections have sparked conversations about editing, fairness, and how reality TV narratives are constructed behind the scenes.
