Several parts of Odisha are currently experiencing a rise in rainfall activities. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday predicted that several parts of the state will experience heavy to very heavy rainfall for the next three to four days.

A yellow warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall has been issued by the IMD.

Meanwhile, IMD informed that the low-pressure area over East Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Chhattisgarh has become less marked today.

Yellow Warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall(7 to 20 cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Dhenkanal, Angul, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Boudh, Kendrapara.

Yellow Warning: Heavy rainfall(7 to 11cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Kandhamal, Bolangir, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Ganjam, Nuapada, Sonepur.

Yellow Warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20 cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nabarangpur, Kalahandi.

Yellow Warning: Heavy rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Gajapati, Khordha, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Nayagarh.
