Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In another good news for candidates awaiting a job in the railway sector, the Northern Railways has invited applications for the posts of General Duty Doctor and Specialist Doctors under the Railway Recruitment 2018. Interested and eligible students should apply for the positions.
Date, time & venue of walk-in-interview & Medical examination: The interested candidates can appear in walk-in-interview followed by Medical examination at the following venue:
Date of walk-in: April 11, 2018
Time: 10 AM
Medical examination of the candidates will be held after walk-in-Interview.
Note:
1. Candidate should submit their application in duplicate on prescribed proforma enclosed herewith latest by 10.30AM at above mentioned venue on the day of walk-in-interview.
2. In case, it is not possible to interview/medically examine all candidates on nominated day, they will be interviewed/medically examined on next working day/days. Thus the candidate should make their own arrangement for stay for a period of two days and come prepared accordingly.
Age : Candidates should not have completed more than 50 years of age as on January 1, 2018. However, age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates is admissible.
Age limit for retired railway doctors and central/state Govt retired doctors: Candidates should not have completed more than 63 years and 06 months of age as on January 1, 2018.
(i)For General Duty doctors: MBBS degree (with completion of internship) from any University/institution recognized by Indian Medical Council.
Other Qualifications :
Essential educational qualification: MBBS degree (with completion of internship) from any University/institution recognized by Indian Medical Council.
Experience: For specialist Medical Practitioners, three years experience is essential. For general duty doctors, the candidates with experience will be given preference.
(ii)For specialist doctors : MBBS degree and post Graduate Medical degree/diploma in subject concerned from any University/Institution
recognized by Indian Medical council.
Other Qualifications :
