OPSC Civil Services 2023 result out: Priyanshu Pal topper, Ananya Mishra secures second rank

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Friday officially announced the results of the Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCS) examination, bringing joy to hundreds of aspirants across the state.

A total of 389 candidates have successfully cleared the test, securing their place in the merit list. Priyanshu Pal has emerged as the topper, claiming the first position with outstanding performance. Close behind, Ananya Mishra has secured the second rank, showcasing remarkable excellence in the competitive exam.

The total 398 candidates, including 144 women, have been recommended for appointment to various posts and services under the Odisha Civil Services (Group A & B).

The results are based on the Main (Written) Examination held between April 19 and May 15, 2025, followed by the Personality Test conducted from September 6 to September 18, 2025.

The Commission has clarified that the candidature of the selected candidates remains provisional, subject to verification of original documents by the concerned Appointing Authorities. Moreover, one unreserved post has not been filled up in compliance with an order of the Hon’ble Orissa High Court dated September 9, 2025.
