Odisha Postal Circle Recruitment 2017: Apply for 93 posts

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Postal Circle has released notification for the recruitment of 93 Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) vacancies under Odish Circle, Koraput Division.

Interested candidates can apply online till December 20, 2017.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for the post need to be above 18 and below 40 years of age as on November 20, 2017.

Age relaxation is admissible by 3 years for OBC categories, 5 years for SC/ ST and 10 years for PH candidates.

Educational Qualification

Candidates need to have passed 10th standard from approved state boards by the respective State Govt/ Central Govt with computer knowledge.

The basic computer knowledge requirement shall be relaxable for a candidate who has studied computer as a subject in Class 10^th or Class 12^th. In such case, candidates will have to submit a certificate of in Class 10th or Class 12th or higher educational qualification in which he/she has studied computer as a subject.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done through the automatic generated merit list as per the rules.

Application Fee

Candidates applying under Unreserved and OBC categories will have to shell out Rs 100.at any Post Office. All Female and SC/ ST and PH candidates are exempted from exam fee.
