Navodaya Vidyalaya Recruitment 2019: Exam Dates Out, Get All Details Here

The examination schedule for multiple posts including Assistant Commissioner, PGT and TGT at Navodaya Vidyalaya has been released by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). The written examination will be held from September 16 to September 20, 2019 and the admit card will be released soon. Admit cards can be downloaded through the official website- navodaya.gov.in.

More than 2,000 vacancies for various posts were announced by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Here is the post-wise vacancy break up:

Trained Graduate Teachers--1154 posts
Assistant Commissioner--5 posts

Post Graduate Teachers--430 posts
Miscellaneous Category of Teachers--564 posts
Female Staff Nurse--55 posts
Lower Division Clerk--135 posts
Legal Assistant--1 post
Catering Assistant--26 posts

Earlier this year in July, the application process for these vacancies had begun.

Posts of trained graduate teachers (TGT), postgraduate teachers (PGT), assistant commissioner, miscellaneous category teachers, legal assistant, female staff nurse, category assistant and lower division clerk will be filled in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs).

Pay scale

Assistant commissioner – Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200

PGT – Rs 47,600 – Rs 1,51,100

TGT – Rs 44,900 – Rs 1,42,400

LDC – Rs 19,900 – Rs 63,200

Catering assistant – Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100

Legal assistant – Rs 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400
