Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released notification for the recruitment of Head (Administration). The recruitment will be made on contract basis.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply by January 31, 2018.
Age limit
The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 61 years as on January 1, 2018.
However, the age limit is not applicable for internal candidate or the candidates already with IBPS under contractual agreement.
Educational Qualification
Candidate need to have Graduation/Post Graduation degree in any discipline with experience of working in HR/ Personnel Management/Administration/Industrial Relations areas of a Public Sector Bank or Financial Organization.
The candidates also need to have worked in the rank of GM and above or equivalent position in Banks / Financial Organisation/ Testing/ Examining Organisation or such Organisation along with a good command over English.

Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be done, against the one vacant post, on the basis of their performance in interview.
