New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) has released the date of the practical exam for Class 10 and 12 Board examination, 2018.

The Board has shared the schedule for practical and internal assessment with the affiliated schools through a notice sent out to them.

The practical exams for Class 10 and 12 exam are set to start from January 16, 2018. All the schools have been informed about the date and instructed to upload the practical marks on the website by February 25, 2018, Times Now reported.

The date sheet for CBSE Class 10 and 12 exam (theory papers) is likely to be released in early January next year.

As per the circular of the Board, the affiliated schools will conduct the practicals for the Class 10 and 12 on the said date and submit the internal grades for the students in Class 10 to the board.

Besides, the answer sheets for Class 12 practical examinations have already been dispatched to the schools, it reported.

Meanwhile, CBSE is likely to conduct the Class 10 and 12 board examinations from February 26, 2018.

As per reports, the Board might consider starting the exams from February 26 or 27 taking into account the festival of Holi. However, there is no confirmation in this regard from CBSE yet.
