New Delhi: The Indian Institue of Management (IIM) has finally released the revised dates for Common Admission Test or CAT 2020, country's premier management entrance exam.

The CAT 2020 Test will be held on November 29, 2020. The online registration for the test will begin from August 5 to September 16, 2020.

Students who are eligible to apply for CAT 2020 can access the website through the link www.iimcat.ac.in. The website will remain open until 5 pm on September 16.

The application fee for the general category candidates is Rs 2000, while for the reserved category Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) are Rs 1000.

The candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent from a recognised university. The reserve category candidates SC, ST and PwD —— need to hold a minimum of 45 per cent marks.

According to reports, the CAT exams will be conducted in test centres spread across 156 cities in the country. The candidates will be given the option to select any four test cities in order of their preference.

Those clearing the exam will be eligible for admission to various management courses, including PGP, PGDM, PGPEM, EPGP, PGPBM, PGPEX, at different IIMs and other top B-schools across the country.
