Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: The Union Bank of India has extended last date of online application for recruitment of SO (Specialist Officer- MMGS-II) has extended till November 04, 2017. All other contents of the earlier notification have remained unchanged.
Candidates who have not applied then can apply now for the said post.
Job notification is available at the official website of the Bank www.unionbankofindia.co.in.
In its earlier notification published on September 29, the bank had set October 21, 2017 as last date of application.
Only those candidates in the age group of 23-32 years with Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks are eligible to apply. 'Candidates having professional qualification like MBA (Finance) / CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ FRM/ CAIIB from a University/Institution/Board recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies will be preferred.

Post Qualification Work Experience in processing of credit proposals in officer cadre with any Scheduled Commercial Bank for a minimum period of two years immediately preceding the cut-off date of application as per this Notification is mandatory,' reads the official notification.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online exam and interview. The written exam will be bilingual and will comprise of 200 questions from reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English language and professional knowledge relevant to the post.
The personal interview will carry 50 marks and will assess the academic and job knowledge, power of expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extracurricular activities, hobbies, general demeanour, behaviour, communication skills, suitability for the post.

Online exam will be held at Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai on November 25, 2017.
The selected candidate can be posted at any Branch/ Office of the Bank at sole discretion of the Bank. Hence, the candidates willing to work at any of the Branch / Office of the Bank need only apply.
