In what could be the last call for the aspirants, the Staff Selection Commission has extended the closing date for receipt of applications for Selection Posts Phase-VI/2018 by one more week i.e. up to October 12, 2018 (5 PM).
Note: It may be specifically noted that no further extension of time will be given beyond October 12, 2018 (5 PM) for submission of online application forms for the said Examination. All the candidates who want to apply for the posts can do so through the official website, ssc.nic.in till the extended date, i.e. October 12, 2018.
The move of the Commission came in the interest of the candidates as it had been receiving complaints from candidates about technical issues being faced by them in filling up online applications.
SSC on Fee Payment:
In the notification, SSC mentioned that the payment of fees would be through Challan of SBI only and will now be accepted by the Commission within the working hours of the Bank up to October 15, 2018, provided the Challan has been generated before 5 PM of October 12, 2018.
SSC on Exam Dates:
The computer based examinations for Selection Posts Phase -VI/2018, which were earlier scheduled to be held on 27th October, 2018 (Matriculation Level), 29th October, 2018 (Higher Secondary Level) and 30th October, 2018 (Graduation Level), are being revised. The revised dates of the said examinations will be notified later, stated the notification released by SSC last week.
